「gem install mysql」に失敗したら！

手っ取り早く対応する方法！
CentOS5の場合

yum install mysql-devel
gem install mysql -- --with-mysql-config

ついで補足。。。
rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV="production"
これでプロダクションモードでマイグレート

エラー内容
